Magenta Penstemons

I’m enjoying seeing so many beautiful penstemon flowers around this summer. Here’s a bunch in magenta.

Walking by Some Mushrooms

I took a quick snapshot of these mushrooms while on a walk. The larger one was very striking with the way the light was shining off of it, which was, of course, magnified further by the camera.

Morning Rain Drops

Earlier this week, we had a few days of rain and it was 20 degrees cooler.  It seemed like October instead of August.  Here’s a photo that I took while waiting for the bus during my morning commute.
