It’s an Eggplant!
I was starting to give up on our eggplant plant. And then the next time I looked, there it was…a big eggplant! So far it is the only one that was produced this year…ha ha, get it produce-d?…but I am glad that we got at least one. I think I will make it in an Indian-style curry. Yum!
